ya it still doesn't work

i never heard of windowblinds and it is a trial of Stardock MyColors. Yes, this is the only skin i have

I downloaded the World of Warcraft skin and now it isn't working properly. I re-installed it to see if that was the problem but it still didn't work. When i hit "Apply", it changes everything to the Windows 98 look. I have Windows XP so i really don't know whats causing this.

How do i change my icons like this: CLICK ON IT TO SEE BIGGER

so how did they change their icons? any idea on getting it?

The World of Warcraft skin doesn't work, the icons still stay the same. I am using MyColors, and using windows XP
