WoW Skin Help

I downloaded the World of Warcraft skin and now it isn't working properly. I re-installed it to see if that was the problem but it still didn't work. When i hit "Apply", it changes everything to the Windows 98 look. I have Windows XP so i really don't know whats causing this.

Is it only that skin? Are you using the trial of Windowblinds?

i never heard of windowblinds and it is a trial of Stardock MyColors. Yes, this is the only skin i have

I don't see a WoW skin for MyColors, and I don't think that has a trial, only a few free skins to go with it, the other skins cost money.
