Please ensure that you are logging into an Impulse account that is associated with the same email address that you used to purchase Fences Pro. Fences Pro can be downloaded from under the "My Software" tab in Impulse. Please keep in mind that ObjectDock v2 likely will not be feature complete until the final release. If bugs, crashes or missing features bother you, I'd simply recommend staying with the old version until ObjectDock v2 is completed.

Impulse will allow you to also update the free version of Fences without having to uninstall your previous version. Simply install any applicable updates available under the "Updates" tab in Impulse.

This could be a permissions issue. Can you please follow this link in Internet Explorer: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/stardock_access.bat save the file, right click it and select "Run as Administrator" if you're on Vista/Windows 7, just run it if you're on XP. This may solve your issue.

There are known compatibility issues between Fences and Deskscapes on Windows XP. You should be fine if you are using Vista/7. Does stopping then starting explorer resolve the issue? Have you restarted your PC since the Deskscapes installation?
