Please ensure that you are logging into an Impulse account that is associated with the same email address that you used to purchase Fences Pro. Fences Pro can be downloaded from under the "My Software" tab in Impulse. If Fences Pro is not listed, try closing Impulse and running the following file: http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.

There are no plans to implement the ability to include anything other than icons within fences. This has been discussed before, and we decided to keep its purpose clear.
I'm not aware of any virtual desktop software that would get along with Fences.
I'm sorry I ever bought this..My mom uses it but as is I'm going to stick with old version.. What good is it if you can't save your theme? That's really kind of dumb, here and I thought you guys were very smart, oh well..
This is a beta. Please keep in mind that ObjectDock v2 likely will not be feature complete until the final release. If bugs, crashes or missing features bother you, I'd simply recommend staying with the old version until ObjectDock v2 is completed.
How do you save your current docks, and load saved docks?
Though the backup/restore options have not yet made it into the user interface, this can still be done. Simply backup the following directory (zip it and move it somewhere else): Vista/7: C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Stardock\ObjectDockPlus XP: C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Local Settings\Application Data\ObjectDockPlus To restore the settings

Impulse will allow you to also update the free version of Fences without having to uninstall your previous version. Simply install any applicable updates available under the "Updates" tab in Impulse.
For those having problems with Elemental not showing up as available, please write in to sales@stardock.com . Note that the Elemental beta is currently closed. If you purchased Elemental within the past couple days, you will not have access or be charged until the beta opens again.

This could be a permissions issue. Can you please follow this link in Internet Explorer: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/stardock_access.bat save the file, right click it and select "Run as Administrator" if you're on Vista/Windows 7, just run it if you're on XP. This may solve your issue.
Try adding exceptions in or disabling temporarily your security software to allow LogonStudio to run correctly and see if the issues persist.
There are known compatibility issues between Fences and Deskscapes on Windows XP. You should be fine if you are using Vista/7. Does stopping then starting explorer resolve the issue? Have you restarted your PC since the Deskscapes installation?

CptWussies, Elemental is on your account, so you should be able to see the game listed in Impulse under the "My Games" tab. To try to resolve this problem I am going to have you download the trial version of another one of our programs called IconPackager from here: http://storage.stardock.com/files/iconpackager_public.exe Install and try the process listed below. In IconPackager, under Settings>System Settings you can use the 'Rebuild Icon Cache' and Repair Icon Images buttons, which should help with this issue. If not, try the Repair Shell Icons... button and select "Repair sh
