KarmaGirl and Frogboy... It seems no one is paying attention. I am perfectly clear on the Top Author Rating. We are not talking about TOP AUTHORS. We are refering to TOP DOWNLOADS. Please, Please...just a simple answer as to why "Lullaby", which received more downloads than "Defcon", was not placed in the top downloads section rather that "Defcon"?

I assure you Jafo...It is not fueled by resentment. You know better than that;) I know you can see with your own eyes. Personally I have only submitted one Wallpaper and it was accepted. I like the skinning though, haven't had a skin rejected either but I don't think they are moderated at all (I think). Maybe I'll try a couple walls again...they just take me so damn long.

I was just curious if someone new is moderating the Wallpaper submissions. I should probably just keep my mouth shut but I just can't any longer, now please don't anyone get defensive and pounce on me but all one has to do is look at the first few pages of submissions to realize that the quality of walls(with the exception of a few) is seriously going down hill. This is absolutely rediculous. This should be rather simple. All accumulative downloads from this site and this site only should reflect the top author or top downloads. If that author has received the most overall downloads(legitimate, no duplicates counted) in all categories for the day then hence #1 and so on. Thanks for the link Koasati. Unfortunately there is a few bugs for some reason with the taskbar being cut off. I tested on my main machine at 1280x1024 res. and also my network computer at 800x600 and they are both fine. However I also tested it on my mom's machine at 800x600 and the bottom part of the taskbar cuts off and the taskbar buttons are thinner than should be...Wonder why it's so different on different pc's <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/notsure.gif" bord

Could someone please clarify how the Rating Sytem works? I can't seem to find any info on it. I'm refering to the numbers to the right of the Skin Author's in the Top Author's pane and also how and who comes up with the 1-10 rating that I see when I am looking at my personal skin library. Thanks
