So, I'm getting BACK to Stardock Software after a couple of years having run it perfectly on Windows XP and Vista. Now I'm trying to install on Windows 7 from Stardock Central the (Free) Theme Manage V.4.00. Everytime it comes up with a Problem Code 103, 100% downloaded, 100% installed. Any ideas what the problem is and how to fix it? Edit: Added my current OS.
