My Recycle Bin icon wasn't fenced - I can't put any icons on the right of the screen unless I fence them.

Uninstalling Fences fixes the issue. The application I use to change the desktop background is called 'Random Wallpaper Changer' and can be downloaded from http://www.rjlsoftware.com/software/desktop/wallpapr/

I run an app that changes my desktop background every 30 minutes but since installting Fences it hasn't changed. However, if I open the Desktop Properties dialog lo and behold Windows thinks the correct background is in use! It seems like Fences has somehow cached the background I was using when I installed it. Can I disable this behaviour?
I have just installed Fences on Windows XP SP3 and I love it. However, I have two issues: I cannot place icons on the right-hand side of my screen. For example, my Recycle Bin usually lives in the bottom-right hand corner, but it moved as a result of installing Fences and if I drag it there it slides back over to the left.
