Is this the Standard or Pro version? Copying files/folders is a Pro-only feature.

Looks like we've figured out what happened, though we may not be able to push an update until Monday. Until then, you'll need to soldier on, but it should be fixed by then.
It sounds like this was a side effect of an update we pushed yesterday. We're looking into it now.
I use 'Pin on Top' about every 15 minutes. That, combined with transparency make my life so much nicer. It's the little things... :)
I'm seeing everything registered to your account properly, so it's possible there was a delay in processing, or perhaps the receipt email got caught by a spam filter somewhere. I apologize for the trouble, in any case, but you should be able to download the software. You can use Stardock Central: https://www.stardock.com/products/stardockcentral/ Or our download page: <a href="http:/
Frankief: Send an email to support@stardock.com as well, it's possible you guys are missing a registry entry or something similar that ID is looking for.
Just tried on my test box, and everything seems to be working fine, so the problem may be elsewhere. If the uninstall/reboot/reinstall doesn't help, send an email to support@stardock.com and we'll take a deeper look at what might be happening.
My theory is that the alphabet is to blame. If I remember correctly, IconDeveloper needs to be installed AFTER IconPackager in order to properly detect it. If you install them at the same time, ID gets installed first, as it's sorted first. Will investigate, and poke Bara about this if need be. In the meantime, try uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling IconDeveloper and see if that helps.
I'd say it would probably be easier to just download the installers on their own, as that's all SDC is doing. That way you're only dealing with one thing at a time. http://download.stardock.com/

It sounds like you might have some general permissions issues going on. Either that, or possibly security software is getting in the way and blocking part of the installation.
Send an email with as much info as possible to support@stardock.com and we'll see about looking deeper at what's going on.
tia_hall: I'm seeing WindowBlinds on your account, so I apologize if you haven't received any receipt email or instructions. You should be able to download and install WindowBlinds now, either through Stardock Central: https://www.stardock.com/products/stardockcentral/ or through our download page: http://download.stardock.com/ Again, sorry
Banned because Arnold's hands are weapons themselves.
LogonStudio is still not something that is available through SDC. As for WindowBlinds, the only version that is available through SDC is 7. Any previous versions would only be available through the download page (which is true of any other titles).

As a computer repair guy, Vista was terrible overall--though with some neat features and improvements here an there. Essentially, if you started with a "blessed system" an

My favorite feature is the 'Make transparent to mouse clicks and pinned on top' option under Window Transparency in the right-click menu. I like watching a video while typing behind it. :)
The short answer is: Technical Reasons. The long answer is not something I fully understand, as I am not a genius. That's Neil's gig.
Any chance of letting us know what you found, in case someone else with the same issue stops by?
