Send the debug.err file and as much information as you can about what happens and when it happens.
I know what happened. It is a kind of strange situation, but it does occasionally happen. I've merged all your registrations to your Zantei account, so you should be good to go. If it's still not showing up, try closing Impulse and running the following file: http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web bro
I just pre-ordered now thinking the beta access would be automatic and immediate. How long might I have to wait?
It's registered to your account properly, so make sure you have 'Show pre-release versions' turned on: If it's turned on, and it's still not showing, try closing Impulse and running the following file:
the cd key on the manual is on the back cover, and it is also a white sticker. So you don't have to go looking: To clear out your mesh files, you'll need to go into the application folder (right click in Impulse, select 'Open application folder'), and there are three different 'Mesh' folders. The first is in the root folder, and there may be two more, depending on which version of the game you have, in the \Entrenchment and \Diplomacy folders. Delete everything in those folders, then right click on the game(s) in Impulse, and select 'Verify Installation'. Impuls
I have a problem too. I downloaded and installed both expansions of impulse, so i had all of them, but when i loaded it it wouldnt go to trinity. How do i combine expansions?
Trinity is the name of the collection of all of the Sins games. It's exactly the same content-wise as having all three games, and is completely compatible in multiplayer. You're not missing out on anything. [quote who="mcmiller27"
Aha all better, thankyou very much! And sorry for any harsh words, down in Australia I forget there's weird holidays going on elsewhere
No worries, we've gotten much worse before. [e digicons]^_^[/e] Just glad you're up and running.
Sorry about the delay, we have been sorting through what came in while we were on vacation. It actually looks like the images did make it through, they just didn't update the ticket so it didn't get put back in the queue. It happens sometimes with large attachments. Check your email, you should have some good news.
I did read all of your posts. You responded to someone suggesting Dropbox by saying something about a website that didn't work. I had already accepted the fact that pastebin isn't working for you, so I thought you were having trouble with Dropbox. Hence my reply. Also, I did not provide any links. So please, if you haven't already, try using Dropbox. If you have, please tell us, so that we know how to help you.

If you are referring to it, right click the bar and make sure Lock the Taskbar is NOT checked, then just drag the bar over to the left side of your window.
If that doesn't do it, could you post a screenshot?
What version of Fences are you running?
Make sure to use the latest installer, just to be sure: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe If you're still having issues, contact support@stardock.com
Define 'latest free version'? What actual version number are you using? If it's v1.00.anything, you'll need to update to 1.01, which you can do by downloading the new installer: https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/downloads.asp or through Impulse: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe
Pretty much every firewall/anti-virus program has heuristic scanning features that look at what something DOES, rather than what something IS. Think of your firewall as The Secret Service. In this case wfxload.exe is doing the equivalent of reaching into his coat pocket for his wallet. Your friendly Secret Service agent sees this, and says into his little radio that someone might be reaching for a gun, and wfxload.exe gets

What is your ticket #? It's possible with all the images, the email may not have made it through.
If you have a bad disc, you may be able to take it back to where you purchased it and swap it out for a good one. Your other option is to use Impulse to download and install the game: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe Once it's installed, you can log in using your forum account. To register the game with your account, click on the help icon in the upper right of the Impulse interfac
So if this is the problem, I can see Stardock blaming Actualtools, and Actualtools blaming Stardock.
