I'm not sure what you're saying, exactly. Stardock is the company that makes the program Impulse, so I'm not sure what switching is happening. What main support line are you referring to? The only official Stardock support is through email ( support@stardock.com ). If you're trying to play multiplayer, and are having trouble creating an account, that is all handled by Ironclad, who can be contacted by emailing <a href="mai

Try clearing out your settings files: XP: C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USER_NAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Setting Vista/7: C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Setting Try deleting or moving the 'user.settings' and 'diplomacy.user.settings' files to a different location, then run the game again. This will recreate them using the defaults.

If you know the email addresses and have access to them, you can merge the registrations together here: https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/ If you don't have access to the email addresses, you'll need to go through support, which brings me to... 2) Why can't you em
Please make sure your system time and date are set correctly. Also, if you have proxy information entered into Internet Explorer, Impulse may be trying to use that. To make sure there are no proxy settings that could be interfering: In XP, go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet Connections -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings:. <

I'm seeing the game registered to your account, so there's no problem there. Try closing Impulse and running the following file: http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.
