Here's another fix for you to try: Download http://sd.stardock.com/gc2_metaverse_remove.zip and extract that to the Twilight directory. Then remove \ProgramData\stardock\gc2ul\sig.bin You will need to reactivate but it should work properly after that.

As a workaround, try going to the following registry path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\Drengin.net\GalCiv2UL Create a new String Key called "Serial No", and set the value data to your game serial number and see if that helps.
If it's disappearing from your Impulse games list, and it's not a Stardock game, that would be a Gamestop issue. We don't have access to their databases, so we wouldn't be able to add/change anything for you.
ObjectDock saves its settings on close, so next time you know you're going to shut down or restart, try closing ObjectDock and making sure it's fully shut down before restarting your computer. This will ensure the settings get written properly. Also, you can back up your settings from here:
There was an issue with our esupport system that was causing those emails to be sent at the wrong times, so I do apologize for that. If ever get one of those emails, it may be an indication that either your or our response may not have been received for one reason or another. You can always go directly through https://esupport.stardock.com/ using the email address you used to open the ticket, and the password that was included with
Trinity is now also available for purchase directly from Stardock, as well as directly downloadable from us as well. Buy here: https://www.sinsofasolarempire.com/store Then download here: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
This is the only report I've seen so far. You're saying once the game is at, say, the main menu, it stops? I'm assuming up-to-date drivers, windows updates, etc...
FYI: If you need assistance with Impulse/Gamestop, the email address to contact is downloadsupport@gamestop.com . Also, GalCivII and Sins: Trinity are now available for download from our download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
Aaaand that's what I get for letting the window sit before posting.
If they're hidden when you leave Windows, they should start out hidden when entering. Is this the case for you?
The download page is alphabetized, so v5 comes after 7, which could cause a mix up. If you want to install the latest version, I've made a handy guide:
_Saki: Fixed. 1.26 should now be showing for you (or at least in a few minutes while the servers sync). Also moved Pro from the 'Other' section to the 'Desktop' section where it should be.
Phoon: Just to clear up some confusion, the email you got was sent automatically by our system. When Aaron sent you an email on 8/10 letting you know we were still working on it, he put it On Hold. After two days, the system automatically sends the warning email, then automatically closes it. Zubaz wasn't entirely correct when he said that 'Closed' was what you had to worry about, as you can always reopen a ticket just by replying. I can tell you that we ha
Philly0381: I don't think that would cause this, as it would just tell him it's expired. It's possible the installer was corrupted. Follow Island Dog's advice with security software, uninstall/reboot, then redownload the installer to a different location and try again.
will Notepad++ play nice? as in not replace Notepad and not replace system files like object edit?
It definitely plays nice. I think you can even use it as a 'portable' app, which does absolutely nothing to your system beyond placing the program files.

Magic and Vintage should be fixed now, though give a few to let the cache update itself on the server.

DisturbedComputer: I'm sorry I missed your post, but I'm only one man. :/ I had someone take a look at it, and they fixed a few issues. It will most likely be removed soon. Object Desktop (S) upgrade/renewal with ObjectDock Plus - Ignore the link, it's jus
