That's pretty much as intended. Deskscapes does make your desktop look cool, but it's in the same paradigm as regular wallpaper. Having a background image doesn't prevent the computer from going to sleep, so neither does Deskscapes. You'll need to control that behavior elsewhere (see above).

I'd also recommend contacting downloadsupport@gamestop.com for assistance, as anything regarding Gamestop/Impulse accounts needs to go through them. Most likely, your registrations will need to be shifted to the correct accounts on both sides, which isn't a huge deal. Just make sure to give them as much information as possible, and they should be able to sort it out.

That's definitely not normal stuff going on. Maybe before the full wipe, try an sfc scan: -click Start, in the start search field type 'cmd'. Right-click on the search result and select 'Run as administrator'. -If UAC is enabled, click 'Continue' -Type: sfc /scannow -Wait for the scan to complete (this can take several minutes) -When the scan has completed, please let us know the result of the scan. I like it. The wallpaper adds a hint of Art Deco, which is my favorite of all the Decos.

It's possible your order was stuck in the parser, and didn't get pushed through until recently. All's well that ends well, I guess!
