For some reason the FE purchase page wants me to pay for the game, but the Stardock download site correctly gives me access to the beta.
That's our bad. Seems there were duplicate records in our database for your email address, and the page was looking at the wrong one. I've merged them together, so you should be all set there. If anyone else is having issues similar to thi
From what I see, you should be getting the Beta for free. The exact date you'll get your email is something I don't know, but you'll at least get one, I believe in the next round (don't hold me to that).
I believe this is already on a 'Things To Look Into Doing' list, actually.
That modified date doesn't look right. Try deleting any installers you have for OD and download a fresh copy: http://download.stardock.com/
I'm seeing it registered to your account just fine. It's possible there was a delay in the order processing, but you should be able to see it now on the download page: http://download.stardock.com/
Is there a way i can download the updates without having to give a serial number?
If you've already installed and activated, for example, WindowBlinds on that computer already, then installing the latest version shouldn't need a re-activation. You should simply be able to install and go. If you reinstall Windows, or delete the sig.bin file that holds your activation, then you would need to reactivate.
Let's see about taking a closer look at what's going on. Download and run the following utility: http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please send back the .zip file it creates on the desktop to support@stardock.com. You can reference this post, but put as much detail
Do you have any skins applied when this is happening? What happens if you uninstall WindowBlinds?
Well, why don't you then just roll out a tiny update to fix this nuisance? Otherwise, since this version really is very stable, there won't be a fix any time soon, right?
It's not quite as easy as you'd think to put out an updated build. Not saying no, just that's it's more than the push of a button. I'll mention it to the dev team.
Banned for going so long without making the most obvious joke: "Booble"
Try right clicking on the program shortcut and selecting "Run as administrator" and see if that helps.
There is actually an option for mouseover hiding. Right click on a fence and... As for square vs. round, I'll pass that along.

Give support@stardock.com a ring and maybe we can look a little deeper at what's on your system.
Try turning on the per-screen-res option. First, go to the 'More Tools' section: Then turn on the first option: Reboot, enjoy.
Also, what's the error?
First of all, what problems were you having? Second, did you try contacting support@stardock.com for assistance?
What do you have on your docks? How many docks do you have? Are you replacing the taskbar?
You could always boot up and then load OD 2.1. I wish my system booted in 30 - 45 seconds....jeez. I can hit the power button on my rig, go take a leak, get a drink from the kitchen, and maybe even go out to get the paper in the time it takes to boot my machine. Seriously.&nb
Banned for not pointing out that Uranus doesn't have rings, that's Saturn.
Interesting, indeed. And not the good kind of interesting, either...
