i don't think that its my video card's fault because before /nosound, i was a little laggy with a delay but after /nosound, the movement is smooth but delay is still there. 350ms delay?? wow that seems so much because im so used to 50-100ms delay which is the regular dota with listchecker host or delay reducer, so shadow ur right i only played games with fast reactions so i can feel the delay.. is there a program or fix that will lower the delay?

there is a delay in this game about 1 second. so when i right click the ground, my hero would move 1 second after... this is really critical to my game play. is the game supposed to be like this? is there a fix for this? im using xps m1530 with dual processor 2.00 GHz and 3gb ram and 126 mb of video card memory (32 bit vista home premium). i read somewhere that i needed to disable sound so i did but it didnt reduce my delay
