Well, after receiving my game and 2 DLC items, I thought, @Well that was sorted out OK, so I' mgoing to take advantage of the 25th anniversary sale and buy some more DLC". And, this second purchase has been placed under review! Enjoying the game so far though....but would be nice to have my order processed. Many thanks

Hi, I placed an order earlier today and received an email straight after asking me to provide more details. I sent a reply, got a response asking for the order number and email used to place the order. So I sent this back and have not heard anything since then. The money for the order has been taken out of my bank account, and was taken immediately - so, if the money has been taken, why has my order not been processed?
