Attention: Stardock Order Under Review

Hi,

I placed an order earlier today and received an email straight after asking me to provide more details. I sent a reply, got a response asking for the order number and email used to place the order. So I sent this back and have not heard anything since then. The money for the order has been taken out of my bank account, and was taken immediately - so, if the money has been taken, why has my order not been processed?

Well, after receiving my game and 2 DLC items, I thought, @Well that was sorted out OK, so I' mgoing to take advantage of the 25th anniversary sale and buy some more DLC". And, this second purchase has been placed under review! Enjoying the game so far though....but would be nice to have my order processed. Many thanks

I have pushed it as well.  We just take fraud really seriously here - we have some fairly aggressive rules to protect clients that sometimes dings the good people / purchases - sorry you were one of them.

Sean, I also attempted to make a purchase today and was flagged? I'm not entirely sure if I didn't sign it with this account, or if I used to alias email address, but I responded to the automated fraud email, provided as much details/photos as possible via the esupport ticket that was opened for me, and I have not heard anything back. Could you please assist me?
