Is there a way to turn CursorFX off when running in a full screen game that supplies its own cursor? CursorFX is otherwise running very well for me, but when I fire up Skyrim I frequently get two cursors on the screen, one from the game and one from CursorFX. Before I installed CursorFX I didn't have that problem.
This morning Firefox logged me in automatically on both forums.galciv3.com and forums.starcontrol.com. So something must have been changed. Anyway, the problem is fixed, so thanks!
More information: I can log into the galciv3 forums with no problems from my Kindle.
After being away for 6 weeks I returned home last night and now find that while I can successfully login to forums.stardock.com, I cannot log in to forums.galciv3.com or forums.starcontrol.com. BuckGodot's enhanced terraforming mod doesn't work on Crusade, but I posted a modified version that does. Look in the forum thread for his mod and look for my post in May.
I am away from home until Tuesday evening and have limited forum access and no modding ability until then, but I am certainly interested in working with others to improve the mod. Please do post a link and I'll look at your changes when I can.

Certain forum threads that I subscribe to (because I've posted to them) show up in my subscriptions as having been updated, but the forum won't show me the latest posts. One is 3 Tips for Using Stardock's Start10 and another is <a id="ctl00_ctl00__Content__Content__RepeaterResults_
I used to give people karma by clicking the thumbs up button at the bottom right of their forum posts. Today I tried this for the first time since the latest forum overhaul, and the button did nothing. This was in the GC3 forums. Did it get broken? Thanks.

Is this game actually available to founders? I signed up as a founder and purchased the game. I've been getting occasional emails about the game, like giving me the opportunity to name a planet. The emails state that I should be able to get the game from Steam. But it does not show up on my Steam library, and while it does show up on my owned games on my account at stardock.com, no serial number is listed (serial numbers are listed for other games I've purchase
It just started today, I'm unable to quote another post in the GC3 forums. The quote button is there, but clicking on it does nothing. In case it matters, I'm using the Pale Moon browser, which is a cut down version of Firefox. Edit: Ah, never mind. It started working again right after I made this post. No idea what happened.

Saturday I got a new laptop with Win8 installed, so the first thing I did was to install Start 8. I'm happy with it so far, but am wondering, is there a way to get it to retract/hide? I right clicked on it and unchecked "Lock the Taskbar", but that didn't do it. I looked through all the configuration options I could find, but no luck. Any advice appreciated.
On all the other Stardock forums, over on the right side of the entry for each thread, there's a button that will take you to the last post you read in that forum. If you hover over it, a tooltip appears that says "Go to last post". In the GalCiv III forums, that button doesn't show (at least for me using Firefox). It's there, I can mouse over it and click on it, but I can't see it.
I just got a new laptop with Windows 8 and ESET AV installed, and discovered that WB8 wouldn't work. I would like to express my appreciation for the detailed instructions posted above for how to add a whitelist entry for ESET - I now have my WB working again!
