ok - this may be addressed someware already, but, her goes. I have a couple a plans/ideas for skins and widgets. The problem I have is this. The artwork is Trade Marked. I have tried to get permissions from two organizations for permissions to use a Logo / logo'd work. My question is, what is the best way to get permission?
