Interesting build Dai, been wanting to do something with uproot but haven't had much luck so far. Maybe dropping shamblers and mulch all together might work . I'll try it out, you've inspired me. That game is playable, though it's about half/half with people who can connect just fine and those who can't. The_Monk wrote a great guide to improve your ability to connect and the recent patches have made it far better as well. Lan works fine and there are plenty of Hamachi networks hosting games, we're planning on starting a Leaf network as well. Yeah, I love having him in games. Even as I get smashed by his hammer, it's hard to stay mad at him. He's just too epic. He should be bigger, just to annoy other players heh. Glad I got the collector's edition myself. Sometime this week I'll take a look at the fansite content and see if I can't whip up a rook wall paper.

I'll admit, he's probably one of the best character designs I've ever seen, period. Whoever made his concept deserves a handshake. Not to say the others aren't great, it's just that Rook is over the top. Probably why he is the game's unofficial mascot.

And? A lot of mod makers use 3dmax as well, look at oblivion. Hell, I know how to use 3dmax. All we'd really need is an effective way to import them, I suppose, and a big enough fan base. Also, making an editor is not out of the water, perhaps it's something than can whip up in that year of free support. I'd really wish they'd at least offer a donation system to help bolster support, I wouldn't mind tossing a few bucks a week and with enough people it would add up. Free support is gra

Don't forget to add the starting HP per second and MP per second for Erebus as I've suggested. Looking forward to seeing your rewritten guide. Creeps almost always win games, not Demigods. It's the cluster fack of them at end that usually topples cits. rather than Demigods. Demigods typically help push tower but more than not keep enemy Demigods from defending against the creeps. Demigod without aoe can kill creeps fairly fast, but only one at a time normally. You can have duplicate Demigods, obviously. I don't feel this game needs a tutorial, nearly everything is common sense. I don't think anyone should need a tutorial to tell them "Hey! There are tabs on that screen, maybe you should press 'em as some of them look like helmets, bodies, stars, and other things." 20 is a perfect cap. Stalling to gain levels is a stratedgy used very often in DoTa because the point is to always have a chance to come back. If your team wasn't good enough to take advantage of you being 20 so early, then the other time will rebound. That is, without being rude, your loss and lack of team work.

Not really a debate, already been said it'll be fixed as Ke5trel pointed out. I also think it's not always worth depending on the skill of your players, TB or QoT can pretty just put your gold to waste with AoE's if they're careful. A few others can as well. Generally, I think it's a waste they will eventualyl die.
