Ok, here's my honest and fair shot: I'll start by saying if you've ever played DoTA, you'll have a rough idea of what to expect. Generally it's an rts with all the same basic requirements. The differences are that you only control one "unit". This unit is like a hero from similar games, far more powerful than normal units and with several abilities himself/herself. If you've ever played diablo, your hero and his advancement is almost exactly that same as it was in Diablo. Now

I agree with Exile. They are all useful in some form or shape. Reg is actually great at killing demigods if played correctly and his mines are an amazing aoe that when used correctly can be used to both kill demigods or creeps. This is called harassing and it's a lovely tactic. If done correctly, you waste more time keeping yourself alive while he creeps and pushes. To counter it early game, I'd honestly get a buddy to gank him or switch lanes with a ranged demigod who can harass back. Queen of Thorns is a great counter to UB harass, her shield makes his spit useless and her ranged attack + minions can harass him all day since he is melee. Reg is good at this as well if he watches for the spit. In your case,

Do enough "bad" things and your alignment will change from Lawful Good towards Chaotic Evil .

Usually Rook stacks movement speed to make up for this weakness. Anklets, + Boots of Movement, + Cloak of Elvenkind, + Wand of Speed = a very fast Rook. Normally though most just get the boots of movement and anklets, then pop the wand whenever they want to chase. Like any other demigod player, they're just trying to combat the weaknesses of their chosen demigod. And the priests are not walking potions, they heal you every few seconds and you have to be near them. It

Thanks a lot for the update, glad to hear straight from the team. I'm looking forward to pushing past all this repair stuff and getting on with additional content, but I can wait for the group to get a well deserved rest first, heh.

Yeah, it's not as useful as it probably once was. If anything, for the price it should be like the blink dagger in DoTA. Honestly though, I don't mind the cooldown or casting time but the range is terrible. You could walk the same distance in the time it took you to charge the warpstone up.

I haven't tried it since I played last night, but some games I try to join prompts a message saying "Join attempt failed." I just keep clicking games I'm interested in until I finally get one that lets me connect. Sometimes though, it says "You've be removed (or was it disconnected?) from the NAT facilitator". I got that last error once mid game and everyone else dropped, though it could of been just me. They were all turned to A.I. I wasn't host.

Yeah, it's a really good game. People forget that at the end of the day a fun game is a fun game. I'm enjoying it far more than I thought I would, it's been a while since I played DoTA or HOSK. The game can only improve, and I can't wait to see what goodies are added over time.
