My PC just came back from having a virus removed and I noticed Windows Aero was not an option in Control Panel>Personalization>Theme when I got it back today, actually. So that might be it. Prior to having a virus I was able to use Aero perfectly fine. Whenever I try to theme my computer then press Apply Changes a message comes up saying that the installation has not been done properly. I have reinstalled WindowBlinds at least 5 times today and restarted after each installation, yet this error continues to appear every time I click Apply Changes.
