Error when trying to Apply Changes

Whenever I try to theme my computer then press Apply Changes a message comes up saying that the installation has not been done properly. I have reinstalled WindowBlinds at least 5 times today and restarted after each installation, yet this error continues to appear every time I click Apply Changes. This is what comes up when I go to the about screen:

My laptop specs aren't that relevant, due to what I've just explained. I've been able to use WindowBlinds for months leading up to my laptop getting a virus. Is there any way of getting Aero back so I can use WindowBlinds again? Or do I need to do something else?
