Uninstall, reboot, and reinstall from the full installer found here: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe If you still cannot get anywhere, check this thread out https://forums.stardock.com/341573 If you could send us an email to support@stardock.com with the Impulse error log and your startup/dxdiag info as detailed in the thread above we can look further into this for you.
Gargabee
At present there is no other way around this aside from emailing us at support@stardock.com and have us do it. The method Hettikus described will not work as the serial number will still be associated with the account it is registered to, even if you remove it from your Impulse list of registrations.

You can in fact change your email on the link I provided above. You may want to check to see if you are blocking any pop ups as when you sign in it will pop up a window. Click the 'Logon Info' tab at the top and you will see the option to change email address. Snow Dog, your issue sounds different. It sounds like you may need an account merge performed. Send an email to sales@stardock.com and be sure to include any email addresses you may have used with us.
Interesting. I have the same router at home, the same hardware revision (A2), and the same firmware (1.11) yet have not had this issue (aside from the trouble everyone is experiencing today). All settings other than wireless are at default. I have also used every beta for the past month and a half. Did you run the Impulse Reactor tool before forwarding the ports? This tool is located in your install folder (typically C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Demigod\bin\ImpulseReactorOptions.exe). Use
Barring educational games like Oregon Trail and Carmen San Diego, Kings Quest. Do not remember which one though. After that, Duke Nukem 3D.
The other option is to log in here: https://www.stardock.com/accounts/manage and click the 'Logon Info' tab to change your email address.
Entrenchment is not associated with your Stardock.net account. This typically happens if it is purchased under a different email address. Send an email to support@stardock.com with any email addresses you may have used with us and we can merge your accounts together so that you may update.
lordkosc, send an email to sales@stardock.com and we should be able to get you straightened out.
There are problems with the dock and Impulse right now. If you uninstall, reboot, and reinstall Impulse will start working and it should not affect anything else you have installed. I would suggest avoiding the dock for now and check out ImpulseNow to hold you over.
That is the Prison map with the fog of war on.
If you email us at support@stardock.com, we can provide you archives of the latest version that existed before your subscription expired.

You can click the ? in the orb near the upper right of the Impulse window. From there click 'Register a product'. Make sure you do not use the letter O when entering the serial. If it has a round-ish character it will be a zero.
One the game is released, when you sign into Impulse with your Stardock.net account, the game will show up and be available for download. If the game was purchased under a different email address (like maybe one associated with a PayPal account), there may be issues initially with getting the game to show up until we merge your accounts together.
I am going to eat my weight in Peeps. The puffed ones... PHF FTW
Make sure you are not entering the letter O but rather 0's.
Definitely #2. [e digicons]:w00t:[/e]
Thanks for bringing that to light. It is noted on the store page for the product here: https://store.stardock.com/product.aspx?productid=ESD-SDS-W115 and under the system requirements tab here: https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/ https://forums.wincustomize.com/344490/page/1/#2116119
It looks like you may have Sins associated under a different account crisjr214. Send an email to support@stardock.com with any email addresses you may have used with us so we can merge your accounts to allow you to update.
Banned for buying a dirk. Kids could get hurt with that thing just haphazardly laying around.

Send an email to support@stardock.com with any email addresses you may have used with us in the past. If you made the purchase with PayPal it may have been associated under another email. Once we can locate where your software is we will merge the accounts together so the game will show up when you sign into Impulse.
If you have not already done so, install IconPackager. In IconPackager, under Settings>System Settings you can use the 'Rebuild Icon Cache' and Repair Icon Images buttons, which should help with this issue. If not, try the Repair Shell Icons... button and select "Repair shell icons for all processes" and click OK.
