Due to the early beta nature of Windows 7, many of our current products may not work with it at this point as we do not support it yet. When Windows 7 is released, we will update our products if possible.

We are working on the next major release of ObjectDock which will feature 64 bit compatibility. Unfortunately at the moment, there is no real solid estimate of arrival other than later this year.

I apologize, but ObjectDock (Plus) is not supported on 64 bit operating systems. Although the application may work in some regards, many of it's key features are disabled on or are incompatible with 64 bit systems.

Try uninstalling Impulse and then reinstalling from the full installer found here: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe Check Windows Update and make sure your system is up to date, including anything .NET related. If none of this helps, please send an email to support@stardock.com so we can work with you further.

There are a number of reasons this could happen. Sometimes it is related to the .NET installation. Run Windows Update and make sure you have any available .NET components installed. If you still have trouble, send an email to support@stardock.com and we can look deeper into the issue.

When you are logged into Impulse, click the blue Stardock orb in the upper left corner and then choose 'Preferences'. Click the 'Folders' option on the left. You will see an option that says 'Prompt for install directory'. Place a check in the box for this option and when you install Sins you will be presented with the option to install to a location other than default.

The "setsdaff" error typically is caused by a broken .NET install. Please make sure your machine is fully up to date via Windows Update and that you have .NET 2.0 installed. If you still have this problem, please send an email to support@stardock.com and we can dig deeper.

'File download is larger than expected' typically happens when antivirus/security software is interfering with the download. You could either try adding an exception for Impulse.exe to such software (typically installed to C:\Program Files\Stardock\Impulse) or try temporarily disabling this type of software for the duration of the download/install. If you still cannot get the download to complete properly, please send a mail to support@stardock.com and we can take some steps to resolve this p

Click the blue Stardock orb in the upper left corner. Place a check in the box that says 'Show hidden applications'. Now when you go to your My Games tab you will see your game but it will look greyed out. Right click on it and choose 'Un-hide application'.

As of right now due to licensing restrictions we are unable to create certain themes for MyColors suites for licensed images and properties such as the NFL. At this time we are not actively seeking new licensing deals, but we may add them in the future.

For anyone that is having a problem with the weather docklet reporting the days incorrectly (for instance, Friday would list as Today, Tomorrow, Friday) we have an unofficial temporary workaround that you can try. Close down ObjectDock so that it is not running. Open the folder where ObjectDock is installed (typically C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock) and find your 'stardockweather.ocx' file. Right click on it and select 'Rename' and rename it to 'stardockweather.ocx.bak'

We have discovered that this theme has this issue with the newest version of Theme Manager. Currently it will only work with the older Theme Manager. We are looking into a solution.

Sokkratez and others having this issue, This may be because there are some registry entries that are incorrect and need to be manually updated. You'll need to go into the registry editor to verify/updated the keys. To do that, press the Windows key and the r key at the same time. In the box that comes up type in regedit and press enter. Using the navigation pane on the left, navigate to the following key. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\ObjectD
