Click the blue menu button in the upper left and then click 'Preferences'. Click the reset data button. Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info. Try to uninstall then install.
What DaveBax said is more or less true. ObjectDock 2.0 will feature full 64bit compatibility. It should also be noted that the ObjectDock product page does not list 64bit as being supported.
All you will need to do is download/install Impulse from here: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe and then sign in with the same account info you signed in here with. The game will be under the 'My Games' tab.

Resetting the Impulse data should take care of it. I have checked the download and it appears to be working fine now. If you still cannot get it going, send us an email at support@stardock.com so we can help you get it going.

The link I provided will install Impulse if you do not already have it installed. Once installed you will need to sign in. When you get signed in you will see an 'Updates' tab at the top of the screen.
Another option would be to use Impulse Anywhere http://anywhere.impulsedriven.com/Default.aspx You can sign in to obtain the installers/archive files which you can then backup or put on a flash drive to install on another machine.
