It looks like your registrations are separted amongst different accounts. It would be best to have them together. Please email support@stardock.com with any emails you might have used with us and we can merge them for you.

Wizard1956, try uninstalling what you have installed for WindowBlinds and DeskScapes and then reboot your PC. Install fresh from within Impulse. If you are not seeing the most current version numbers, try resetting the Impulse data again.

Uninstall what you have installed for DeskScapes and then reboot your PC. Upon reboot, open up Impulse and click the 'My Software' tab. Click on DeskScapes. At the bottom of Impulse, it should say version v.3.00 (11/18/2009). Double click to download/install. Once DeskScapes is installed, the status will change from Available to Installed. If you continue to have trouble, open up an offical support ticket with us by sending an email to support@stardock.com

It might be time to download a RAM testing tool and have it check your system memory for problems. http://www.memtest86.com/download.html

You could try using the detect application function within Impulse. Click the blue menu button in the upper left to do this. Fill in the details about the game. This should cause Impulse to see it. If you have trouble getting it to run, since it is a Stardock game, you can use the verify installation function by right clicking on the game from the 'My Games' tab. Theoretically this would download what you need to get it working. If it does not, you will need to re-download/install.

Yep it is around now. http://anywhere.impulsedriven.com/Default.aspx Sign in with your Stardock.net account to download the game installer/archive files which you can then copy to an offline machine.
