One thing to look out for is that the serials contain numbers 0-9 and letters A-F. Sometimes users mistake the zero for an O.

Good points were made above. Another thing to consider is, if you purchase Dragon Age through Impulse, you will need much more free hard disk space to get it downloaded and installed as Impulse needs space to download the archive, extract it, and then install the game. Also, in general it is a good idea to have at least 15% free space available for general system health.

The version available through Impulse asks for the serial upon launch and presents the same link to buy the serial. Of course having purchased through Impulse you just paste in your serial. This game is fantastic though and definitely worth the price of admission. Vote El Presidente....or else.

If you have Avira or BitDefender installed these can often account for very slow downloads in Impulse. It usually comes down to the web filtering portions of these programs. You can disable just that part and leave the rest of the protection on and it should help.
