I'm trying to find out "whatever is doing that". If by painting behind it you mean the little sliver of my desktop that shows about the task bar, that's just the picture I'm using on my desktop.
I have Windows 11 and I somehow got a theme or other change that limits the height of my notification area. I can not for the life of me figure out what I did or what I used, so that I can fix the problem. I use Windows 10. To the left (of linked grapic) is from whatever version of Fences existed in Feb of 2021. I now have Fences 5 and can not figure out how to get the same coloring for the titlebar. My RGB for the background is set for 57 116 159, a color I like a little better than old one. However, I can’t find a place to set the color of the title bar, only to “Darken titlebar areas”, but that doesn’t darken it enough for my liking. So, where do I set the

I finally found the "Let Start11 enhance" so I can finally get the small icons. But I still need to know where I go to get 2 levels of taskbar.
Can you show a screen grab of what it looks like? I just downloaded current version to new computer (Win11) and don't see anything about letting Start11 enhance the taskbar. My ultimate goal is to have two levels of the taskbar. In case it makes any difference, I have the Start Menu set for Win7 style. I can't find anyplace to set two levels of the taskbar.
