ryat, you wuss. dont give in. fight it! and if they are rebuilding it from scratch they wouldnt have terms like "fighters, battleships, fleet, carriers," etc. it would be something stupid like "type A armed sports craft 'the swift'" or whatever the marketing directors came up with. whew, i feel like i just ran a bunch. These are the temporary ship groups that I've thought of for the three races. Advent (from smallest to largest): knuckle, arm, fist, fleet Vasari (smallest to largest): leaf, root, branch, fleet TEC (MOST unimaginative, from smallest to largest): strike force, task force, division, fleet We can't dismiss fleet because every race uses the term in the game. our fleet is under attack! so that's the largest group as it is the most commonly used to fight war with. but for l
This is my opinion, but I still belive that the devs should have spent their time working on a better addon instead of adding something that should have been in the game from the start.
But since it wasn't in the game, isn't it good that they're bringing it in now? (and it was kinda in the game, it just sucked ass) And I agree with you, I'm a war-monger also [e digicons]}:)[/e] but there's also the thrill of successfully d

had to maneuver SO carefully to get these shots. who would have guessed that TEC bombardment shells are actually rocket ships? that suprised me. <img src="http://i974.photobucket.com/albums/ae230/arik892/S

My belief is mass cloning. they were a bit miffed with the women by the end, so they started cloning, and then they just decided to keep doing it as there was no need for women anymore, since their primary use in Vasari culture was for breeding anyway.

Ok i forget how to get pictures into a post.....how do i get the picture url if they're uploaded to mediafire? I've done it before, but I can't remember how it was done. But here's 29 different screenshots, you can find them at www.mediafire.com/sinsphotos

But that's just me.

Well we know that there's going to be a Sins 2, and as whiskey said, there's no more micro-expansions BUT STILL the possibility of full-fledged expansions. Combined with the fact that they could add a campaign editor into an update without having it be an expansion.

As Ryat said, there's no proof of Earth or the absence of Earth in Sins lore, but I believe that the TEC (and Advent, as they are distant relatives to the TEC) have forgotten the location of Earth. It's like moving into a new house. When you return back to where you used to live after a while you might remember the general area of the house you used to live in, but not the exact location. And so on and so on until you can't find it at all. And that's assuming they were looking for Earth. My b

The Legacy of Vashkin Voraskin, Chapter One Many stars have died since the birth of the Vasari, yet we remember it as clear as the skin of the Kortul. At first we were nothing, we were less than nothing. We had Ba, but we had no Ka, and so we were nothing. I know not how we passed from the great Ba of the Dark Thought, but suddenly we were there, we were on a planet. We could feel the enormity of it beneath our feet as we stoo

Here's the Vasari perspective of the History of the Spirits, which I'm calling the Legacy of Vashkin Voraskin. Vashkin Voraskin is the equivalent of a Vasari folktale teller, so keep that in mind when reading this. It is about the same length as the History of the Spirits, and I hope more relevant to this thread. If you have problems with anything in the story, let me know, as long as it is not about the Egyptian ideas of the soul (Ba, Ka, Ib, Akh, and so on). Those will stay because

i think either they would become empty shells, or as allegiance said, they would become extremely depressed and suicidal. not talk much, not eat much. that kind of suicidal, not the jump off bridge kind. the let the world burn i don't care anymore i don't care about anything kind of suicidal. u no, that doesnt even sound like suicidal. oh well.
I have to disagree that they would forget their own language. They store everything into Nanites. Theyd have access to the files and be able to teach their young their language. Or it might be instinctual, they pass inheriant things like language down through DNA. Could they have some kindof membrane that causes vibrations in the air. Like Morse Code.
I said that I changed my mind about them forgetting their own language, but
