What would be awsome, and would help discourage or neutralize some of the need to smurf, is if random maps could have the starting positions assigned to each team. Like aggressive players on flanks, support inside of them and ecos in middle. Might establish a dynamic within the game of "position players" and smurfs wouldn't find the need to go undercover as much.
that would be nice.

I have a rather important question. What exactly are the terms to becoming a member planet in the Trade Order? Also, have the terms changed from the Trade Order to the TEC? (are some things not longer needed, are other things added) I haven't given this much thought yet, but here are the first few that I think would head the list. 1.) A member planet will not assault or be involved in an assault on another member planet. 2.) A member planet will not assault a nonmember
The new Chapter 2, part 3: The Family is completed. You can find it at the top of page 2 of this thread. There has also been some slight changes to Chapter 2, part 2. There's no need to reread it, I'll just summarize the changes here. Instead of Portugal Lee Gibbings having glowing eyes (as the Advent do) when Harrison first meets him, his eyes are normal. The Advent, when they are not using PsiTech, have normal eyes. Their eyes glow pure white in varying degrees depending on
they've also said (in the FAQs [e digicons][/e] ) that Sins lore is planned far into the past (10,000 years ago) but also FAR INTO THE FUTURE. makes me really excited to think that the devs might eventually reveal these future things to us [e digicons][/e]
so, i really liked the revised chapter. a few things, though. one, why are they only sending a colony ship to a hostile world? shouldnt it be escorted? part of a fleet? especially if the planet they are going to is so important. a fleet, led by an admiral would be much more likely. and the admiral would make first contact, of course. though this is 1000 years ago, they probably did not have protevs. other than that, it was very good [/qu

I don't know what they mean by "animated characters" but it doesn't sound like an encouraging idea to someone who spends 99% of his Sins gaming time (mostly) zoomed out to the tactical grid level where only small ship icons can be seen or zoomed further out to look at the entire map. yeah dirty sanchezz, I'm waiting for ready to play before going back online. havent been on there in months.

Well for the population count I just add a million to the end. So instead of a planet with 247 population, its 247 million. That makes it seem more like a planet. and it would never be crowded!
I'm going to add the next bit as Advent news stories, just so you know what's coming.
So anyway......the Vasari.
Vanilla Sins, Entrenchment, and Diplomancy will be released in a box at the same time Diplomancy is released. Sometime in '10. (wow that doesn't work)
again thalatos......NO IDEA WAT UR SAYING. i think the general meaning of that was play now while you can? something about 10 months after diplomancy sins will be part of ancient history? and i getting that right?

Yeah I'm sorry I've been super busy with school work and everything, haven't had time to write Sinners OR my actual novel that i hope to publish! (insert sadness for me here) But Sinners has been going on for almost a year now (November 28 will be the reunion!). Just a tad of info there. Sinners is currently: 143 pages long, including a title page and table of contents (which i think is 2 pages now). there is no new page given for each new chapter, so in a normal book
