The above worked for me. I highly suggest Stardock do something with google search or similar since there were very few links when I googled 'offline installer' 'fallen enchantress' stardock and similar.

Hi, Downloaded war of magic and fallen enchantress before i lost my internet connection. Didn't register now stuck with some impossible half-cooked offline process. File in 'punishing the paying customer cause someone somewhere might steal the game?' Think I'll ever get it installed or should I give up now? What am I supposed to do with activation file that hardlinks to somewhere on the offline computer??? ..........................
