There must be something wrong with my brain, I think the voices are superb, and especially for them characters. But then I think the voice acting is one of the highlights of Killing Floor and people complain about that. The common thing is they are both meant to be slightly humorous or tongue in cheek, do you not like that kind of voice acting?

My main issue with UB is combined with mostly any other DG he gets a garaunteed kill if he can get near another DG at the same level. As a rook yesterday with tons of HP items and the HP favor item I could not survive the other 2 UBs would come over, both spit then take it in turns to stun me, auto attacking all the time. They just run from my partner then as I didn't do any damage to them so they weren't even slightly bothered. Impossible to counter apart from never ever
The Oak's ability Last Stand should be swapped out for a new ability "The Black Knight". Instead of dying he loses a limb and regains 25% of his health. He becomes less and less useful until eventually he is a limbless stump hopping himself around the map trying to bite DGs legs off. Sedna can call on the power of Greyskull, she gets a big sword, goes bare chested apart from a harness and Sila gets battle armor. The Queen of Thorns Beetles should all grab instrumen

I still play L4D regularly with a group of friends, finishing off the night with a hard fought win in Vs is some of the most fun I've had in gaming. I gave Killing Floor a go last night, seems it's suffering similar issues to Demigod, connecting to a server is a nightmare. I eventually had to open tons of ports just to try and connect. It came good when a friend came along to play though as his connection is good and we were able to run a dedicated server on 1 of his CPU c
@Hollow Man Try Comp stomps with friends or randoms and up the difficulty by adding more of them than you have on your team. Much more fun than single player, and people aren't likely to rage quit :)

I haven't played the beta and I would like to ask the following questions as I'm still not sure if I'll be able to get in to this game. 1) What other games or game types that I might have played would help me when playing Demigod? (The question what type of game is Demigod obviously isn't straight forward but I figured phrasing the way I have might help to answer whether it's the kind of game I'd get in to) 2) What kind of game matching system is there? If I play with fr
Thanks for the info Kyro and that's a fair point. I stopped playing RTS online not with friends a long while ago so I guess I wont pick up SupCom gold edition now but cheers for the info.
That's what I had hoped. I was aware the Sins development team was a seperate team but I had also understood that you had an influence over it's development. I have a 10% discount voucher with Impulse and was pondering pre-purchasing a game in it's early stages as the coupon will run out before the release. Stardock's influence inspires a lot of confidence. Which leads me to another question; if my pre-purchase allows me to try the beta does that mean a refund i
In what manner do they work together? Do they pool resources like staff and code? What relationship does Stardock have with development of the game? I never bought SupCom. Is the AI good in that game? Is it a major click fest like the current C&C games or is it a little more relaxed on clicking like Sins?
I noticed on Impulse it said the developer for Demigod was Gas Powered Games. I had just assumed it was the same developer as Sins or Gal Civ 2 as it was a Stardock product but I realised this was not the case. When I looked up Gas Powered Games they also developed Dungeon Seige, Space Seige and Supreme Commander. So am I correct this is the same developer of the other games? When did Gas Powered Games become affiliated with Stardock? As Dungeon Seige wa
