I've had these white dots with AA enabled also, I'm using ATI Radeon 4800 series. I've had them with all versions of sins and with every driver update come and gone. I've tried all tweaks and settings to no avail. I have tried playing without AA but jaggies on lazers and stuff look nasty :(
