Quick update, Upgraded my primary account to admin access level and the programs still gave the same error. This leads me to believe that SDC only allows 1 "user" per computer to use the software, which means to get everything working I will have to uninstall everything under the admin account then reinstall under my user account...? This is not really practical and I hope there is an easier solution....

I installed SDC and ran it, whereupon it asked me for to use an admin account, which I did (figuring that it was required due to install and upgrade issues).
