I ought to also point out that you will not get full aero doing that. No blur, no flip3d, no taskbar tooltip previews, no semi transparency (apart from the shadows) I know it doesn't, but the link below to my thread has programs that do give you taskbar tooltip previews, flip 3d and more. http://www.winmatrix.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=11879 Enjoy Vista H

This just enables the settings for Aero. You can simply go back to Aero Basic by selecting it in the schemes or you can reverse the code which is very simple and have the Vista Stardards theme back the way it was. Which I not doing because I like Aero. BTW, this doesn't mess with the basic them. Their are 2 themes in Vista. Vista Standard and Vista Basic. This code enabled Vista Standard to use Aero. It doesn't mess with Vista Basic. Just wanted to clear that up.

Vista Home Basic is running perfect for me. All the applications I need work and my third party softwares give me the added features of premium. Lite Version of Windows Vista with the apps I wanted and all the hot new features from third parties made better. Can't be that! Traffic will go up big time
