I think this program is what you are looking for: Y'z Shadow 1.9 (latest version) -> Adds a shadow (and transparent effects -> optional) to Windows i've been using it for a long time, and it works perfectly. you can adjust the darkness of the shadow and the left-right-down-up side of shadows aound the window frames. let's try it! and post comments...

Hi all! i'm wondering if is possible to choose specific substyles of every skin, in the random option. for example: i have skin Molten with substyles Glass , green , blue (fantastic example). now: i select to randomize skins, but for molten skin i want only the substyle green randomized. how can i do? and if this solution is not possible,can i delete in some way these substyles, maybe going to skin's folder? thanks for attention, bye!

same problem. there is (are?) another discussion on wincustomize forum, with no solution. in my case the config panel is cutted at the top and i must always pull the window down with the mouse.

hi :D i have two questions on WB 6 skins: 1)some skins (for example the ones similar to vista) have the explorer left bar (the one at the left with System processes, other resources ecc..) at the bottom or on the top of explorer ... are there vista skins with this bar at the left? 2)Where can i find Skins compatible with WB 6? i searched on wincostumize, but if i put the filter "compatible with wb6" i find only one page, then if i go to the second page the skins change(and aren't co

ah! maybe i know the problem: i used a patch for windowblinds downloaded 2 weeks ago somewhere. this patch, was written, "should resolve all the problems and WB 6 would work perfectly"... as i was desperate about a problem already posted here (https://forums.stardock.com/?forumid=167&aid=168939#1381786) i applied it(it wasn't a virus i'm sure), but it didn't resolve anything... maybe it modified some files.i'll uninstall it and try if WB works now. just wait a bit ;)

How can i discover if there are new updates of Windowblinds 6 without installing Stardock Central(i had had some problems time ago)? maybe on the forum or the site itself? i can't see in this section news about updates( for example from 6.0 to 6.01, i discovered it casually). so i [U]don't[/U] want to install Stardock central but want to know if there are updates. where? I didn't explain well my situation... i have win xp so i don't have aero... did you mean this? i have another idea:if you go in settings and you select the applications you want to exclude, there are some options-> the first is "exclude totally", but the others? there are 3 that could be interesting for me: "skin this app even if it uses Direct3d" (maybe) , "this exclusion is not inherited by any apps launched by this app and" and "enable if you get a bad image error". could they help me?<br

yes i have all the updates and added all the game exes. i discovered on the official forum that it is a reknown problem. they are incompatible because the cheat-protection detect a video hook (what is?) and kicks me. but i don't always want to unload windowblinds and reload it when i have finished... any other way?
