I have installed IconPackager 3.1 enhanced running Windows XP Pro x64, but upon clicking on the .exe the program refuses to run. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I can't help you, but you might be able to help me. You say you are running x64... Did you have any trouble getting IP to work? Because a lot of us are.
