This all started a week ago when I stumbled upon a website call ThemeXP. Then while surfing for more custom items I stumble upon XPThemes and Stardock. When I seen the work that people were doing here I hit the floor. Totally awesome. Wiping the tears from my face I decided the other place was a waste of time and this is where I need to be. So long story short, I found a few themes I liked, Downloaded them then learned I needed program to load them up, downloaded that and still can't get to
