Nevermind, I found the problem. Found out I have to OD install in both my HD. Stupid me. Thanks anyways.

Whenever I restart my computer, the OD loads but the background theme is gone. And when I try to change it back the theme is there. For example, I use Glass Vista as my background theme. After restart it disappears, leaving only the icons. Also, it seems like it goes back to an outdated version of OD, since some of the new features are missing. Anyone got an ideas what the problem might be? Note: I'm using OD freeware, if that helps.
