Hmmm... i installed wb5 to see the settings for "per pixel borders". It was like that all the while.

The installation file is both used in my desktop and my laptop. My desktop doesn't encounter this problem. It seems that my computer is loading the theme very slowly. It will finish loading at the end but it takes about 8-10mins. Everytime i restart the computer, it will happen again.
