Stupid rendering problem??

The installation file is both used in my desktop and my laptop. My desktop doesn't encounter this problem.

It seems that my computer is loading the theme very slowly. It will finish loading at the end but it takes about 8-10mins. Everytime i restart the computer, it will happen again.

It appears you have a mixed WB4 and WB5 install.

You need to uninstall it, reboot and reinstall WB 5.5.

Hmmm... i installed wb5 to see the settings for "per pixel borders".
It was like that all the while.

You should remove WB (Add/Remove Programs) and reinstall WB 5.5
