I downloaded to My Docs and then opened as per instructions. The program begins to install but hangs when it gets to sdczip.dll. Then i get an error message saying I/O error this may be sue to a corrupt installation media. options are Abort or Retry. Retry does nothing - Abort closes installation and gives error message corrupt installation media. elgar22

I have just purchased Object desktop but cannot install because of a "corrupt installation file" ho can I install my software? elgar22
