Corrupt installatin file

I have just purchased Object desktop but cannot install because of a "corrupt installation file" ho can I install my software?

How are you trying to install?

via disk? via Stardock Central Browser?

I downloaded to My Docs and then opened as per instructions. The program begins to install but hangs when it gets to sdczip.dll. Then i get an error message saying I/O error this may be sue to a corrupt installation media. options are Abort or Retry. Retry does nothing - Abort closes installation and gives error message corrupt installation media.

Download and install Stardock Central [again].
