I don't want WindowBlinds to load at ALL until I run it. For some reason wbload.exe is NOT listed in the WinConfig Start Up list. Where can I change this setting? The reason why is because I want to check out WinOSX 2.0, but the WinOSX skin settings don't load because WindowBlinds is set to load on startup. When I "unload" WindowBlinds, it doesn't help because the WinOSX are "activated" on startup.. but WindowBlinds is overriding those settings.
