Just open the WB config and select the default XP skin listed at the beginning.

Or Windows Classic. Just be sure to "Apply" it - then WB is "unloaded".

I don't want WindowBlinds to load at ALL until I run it. For some reason wbload.exe is NOT listed in the WinConfig Start Up list. Where can I change this setting?

The reason why is because I want to check out WinOSX 2.0, but the WinOSX skin settings don't load because WindowBlinds is set to load on startup. When I "unload" WindowBlinds, it doesn't help because the WinOSX are "activated" on startup.. but WindowBlinds is overriding those settings.

easy go to start/run type in msconfig/that opens system configuration/go to the startup tab/its between services and tools tab/find the wbload or windowblinds..uncheck it /hit okay on the bottom left of the window/going to prompt..exit or exit with restart..thats up to you

Unloading only unloads the skin until next boot up. What you need to do is apply the default XP skin before shutting down. Windowblinds won't boot on start up until you reapply a skin. You need to apply the XP default skin everytime to shutdown to keep WB from not loading on start up.

Windowblinds is not listed in the MSconfig start up settings.
