is there another program like windowblinds that i can install

so what about reformating the computer will that work? Or do i have to get the official version

I have unloaded windowblinds and now i dont know how to load it back up. I have done several uninstalls and installs, reboot my computer and repair it and still no outcome. I how read the help information and it said windowblinds have been erased in my memory but i uninstalled and reinstalled that didnt working to put it back in memory what do i do i dont know how to resolve this situation plz help
