Problem Solved. Today I finally saw that they linked the game to my account. Looks like the only thing I needed was patience, and a lot of it xp You can close this thread now Thank you Forum members and Stardock Employees.

Hello there I'm pretty new to this forum. But I have a question. I have recently purchased Galactic Civilatization II:Ultimate Edition. The problem is: I can not find it linked to my account, neither in stardock central. I have filed a ticket with support about this. I have been waiting several days now and there is no reply from support yet. Can someone please tell me what my options are? Because I have read I best should not push my ticket.
