Have you tried clearing your browser's cookie and cache?

Try renaming the Halloween.MyColors Halloween.zip and extract it. Among the contents should be Halloween.wba. However, Windows and Windowblinds have changed since that theme was made, so it might not work as expected, and might not look very good.

As far as I know, WB 8 is no longer being sold by Stardock. Where did you find it to download?

Haircat1, if you no longer have an active subscription to Object Desktop or any other product, and don't have an active subscription to Wincustomize.com, it's normal that you have a download limit at WC, which you have reached, even though you may have had active licence subscriptions, and WC membership subscriptions in the past.

What brand/model? Did you shut it down before turning off the power to it? Have you tried supplying power and then just turning it on?
