Can you post a screen shot of the pop up? As I remember it, you click on the update option in the pop up...the upper blue bar which says, "Download and install".
Do you mean Object Desktop Manager is telling you to update Start10 and the update doesn't happen? Please tell me what your native language is.

W11 does not allow a vertial taskbar. https://windowsreport.com/vertical-taskbar-windows-11/ Together with that, mixing customizing software can give poor results. I'd advise uninstalling StartAllBack.
