Does curtains affect Windows log on time?

I'm using Stardcok CUrtains from Steam, in a M.2 SSD 480GB Win 10, 32GB Ram, R5 2600 X and I notice that after I input my pin, Win takes longer than 6 seconds to complete log on. My gf's both laptop take way less than that and has a lot of program in their SSD/HD. Don't know why mine takes so long sometimes https://kodi.software/
