So I had to make some colors brighter than the rest of the elements, but its better than a unusable theme. haha Images updated on the main post. Thanks, guys. :) Frontier is an absolutely great skin...but LS's Illuminate is right up there with it...gonna love doing screenies with it! :)
Have you tried "disk drill"? From my reading, you can recover 500 Mb free. For more, you have to buy the premium edition. Here's a link: https://www.cleverfiles.com/data-recovery-software.html There's also a video showing 5 steps. I have no experience with it, but maybe it'll help...
I did have a restore point that was only two days ago, and after the restore I just had to reinstall one program that I had installed yesterday. And the restore did bring my menu back. I made a backup of the Start11 registry and verrry carefully created a new page and reorganized my groups, and everything worked without destroying anything. I will definitely take a registry backup if I try to do anything with multiple pages in the future.
I feel bad that happened to you kgschumacher. Did you create a restore point before installing Start11, by any chance? Not to sound self-righteous, but It's generally a good idea to do that before onstalling updates or new programs. Hope you hsve a recent restore point in any event.

On the left side of the config window, did you choose any effects? Settings? Trails? There's a pdf below, and Cursorfx guides under Cursorfx 4 (Google). I'll pm a Community Support Assistant. Maybe your installation borked. https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorfx/help/cursorfx_guide_04-07-08.pdf
I just downloaded CursorFx from you site. As simple at that. You can check it yourselves and see it doesn't work. The version is 4.03 My OS doesn't matter because its not working for everyone, but its Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 OS build 19045.3271 In your program you call it "pressed state". Basically pressed state doesn't work. That's what im saying. Does it work for you? I don't think so but check it.
Stardock does not rely on Microsoft to track it's own applications.
Reread what I answered and linked.
You don't have to agree to anything with Microsoft to enable a feature in Stardock.
That's incorrect. It has to be enabled in Windows Settings>Start to not be grayed out in Start11, and that requires enabling the setting in Windows which requires that alteration of privacy "Let Windows tack app launches..."). <a href="https://www.thewindowsclub.com/show-most-used-apps-settings-is-disabled-grey
Yes, that's in Settings. What I meant was an actual screenshot of a W10 Start menu with those frequently used apps on it. Also, that 'show most used apps' requires a change in privacy settings, and not all users are open to sharing that info with MS ("Let Windows track app launches to improve Start and search result").
